• Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.
• Content you submit: business listing text you paste into the Service for analysis.

We also collect information automatically when you use the Service:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Usage data (features used, analyses run)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (magic login links, receipts, trial reminders)
• Send product updates and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)
• Respond to your support requests
• Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Supabase, for database hosting and authentication
• Brevo, for transactional and marketing email delivery
• Anthropic, listing text is submitted to the Claude API to generate your analysis. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to content processed through their API.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of BizWorthly, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and saved analyses as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion, after which it is permanently removed from our systems. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@bizworthly.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how users interact with the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.

7. Your Rights
